Whereas, Islam and Shari’a in particular includes a war doctrine known as Jihad, which is an organic, intrinsic and central feature of the laws and traditions of Shari’a.
Whereas, Jihad and Shari’a are inextricably linked, with Shari’a formulating and commanding Jihad, and Jihad being waged for the purpose of imposing and instituting Shari’a.
Whereas, the unchanging and ultimate aim of Jihad is the imposition of Shari’a on all states and nations, including the United States; further, pursuant to its own dictates, Shari’a requires the abrogation, destruction, or violation of the US Constitution or the destruction of the national existence of the United States of America.
Whereas, the imposition of Shari’a on non-Islamic states is to be brought about both by criminal and violent means, including terrorism, and by lawful and non-violent means, including immigration-fed population growth and the resulting increase of Islamic political influence and power.
Whereas, adherence to Islam as a Muslim is adherence to Shari’a and to Jihad;
Whereas, adherence to Islam as a Muslim is prima facie evidence of an act in support of the overthrow of the US Government through the abrogation, destruction, or violation of the US Constitution and the imposition of Shari’a on the American People.
THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED THAT:
[1] A “Muslim” shall be defined as any person who adheres to Islam or acts in support of the adherence to Islam or who makes any written or oral declaration in support of the adherence to Islam. The “Muslim Nation” or “Umma” shall be defined as all Muslims.
[2] “Adherence to Islam” shall be defined as any act, including any written or oral declaration, in support of Shari’a or in furtherance of the imposition of Shari’a within any territory of the United States of America. “Territory of the United States of America” shall be defined as any territory under the civilian or military control or governance of personnel acting for and on behalf of the US Government.
[3] “Shari’a” shall be defined as any set of rules, precepts, instructions, or edicts which emanate directly or indirectly from the god of Allah or the prophet Mohammed and which include directly or indirectly the encouragement of any person to support in any way the abrogation, destruction, or violation of the US Constitution or the destruction of the national existence of the United States of America. Any rule, precept, instruction, or edict arising from the extant rulings of any of the five authoritative schools of Islamic jurisprudence (the Hanafi, the Maliki, the Shafi'i, the Hanbali, or the Ja’afariya school or fiqh) are prima facie Shari’a without any further evidentiary showing.
[4] It shall be a felony punishable by 20 years in prison to knowingly act in furtherance of, or to support the, adherence to Islam.
[5] The Congress of the United States of America shall declare the US at war with the Muslim Nation or Umma.
[6] The President of the United States of America shall immediately declare that all non-US citizen Muslims are Alien Enemies under Chapter 3 of Title 50 of the US Code and shall be subject to immediate deportation.
[7] No Muslim shall be granted an entry visa into the United States of America.
[8] Congress shall appropriate sufficient funds to seal all of the borders of the United States of America. The Executive shall be empowered to apply those funds to accomplish the task within a time certain or face criminal penalties.
[9] Special criminal camps shall be constructed for convicted illegal immigrants. Any illegal immigrant convicted of knowingly entering the US illegally will be imprisoned for 3 years and then deported. Any alien convicted of knowingly overstaying a visa will be imprisoned one year and then deported. Any US person or entity which knowingly employs illegal aliens shall be guilty of a felony and fined no less than $50,000 and subject to one year imprisonment for each offense. Catch-and-release programs will end immediately.
[10] Illegal aliens in the country now will be given 60 days to exit the country without prosecution. Any illegal alien caught after the 60 day grace period shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. After the passage and enactment of this Act in its entirety, Congress and the Executive shall be free to devise a special worker entry program for temporary workers if the program has a fully computerized and digitalized bio-metric program for monitoring the work forces' entry and exit."

"Private undercover team exposes nationwide network of radical, anti-U.S. Islamic centers
Hundreds of Islamic centers in the United States have become a hot-bed of extremist activity; they promote violence, terrorism and hatred against America.
“Our initial investigation has concluded there are between 400 to 500 radical Islamic centers in the U.S.,” said David Gaubatz, the director of counterintelligence and counterterrorism for the Society of Americans for National Existence. “In those places, they preach an extreme version of Islam that says America and the West is the enemy. They espouse violence, hatred and the need for terrorism.”
Gaubatz is a former senior U.S. intelligence official, who now works for the Mapping Shari’a in America Project (www.mappingsharia.com), which is supported by SANE, a national non-profit group devoted to investigating the 2,300 Islamic centers in the U.S. for extremist activity.
Gaubatz and his investigators are currently active and will soon form a team of about 12. They pose as people interested in converting to Islam or who are current Muslims. Their goal is to infiltrate mosques and Muslim centers. Recently, he and his team penetrated the Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center, located in Falls Church, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, D.C.
Sporting a beard and Muslim dress, Gaubatz said he went on May 18 to the center, pretending to be an American interested in becoming a convert to Islam. He discovered the center espoused terrorism and jihad against America.
“They are teaching what they call Jihad Qital, which means physical jihad,” Gaubatz said. “They’re teaching violence and hatred of the United States.”
Gaubatz said that he met the two primary clerics at Dar Al-Hijrah, Imam Shaker Elsayed and Imam Johari Abdulmalik. Both men have been trained in Saudi Arabia. He says another key individual is Yusef Estes, an informal senior leader at the center and an internationally influential Muslim scholar who was trained in Saudi Arabia.
“They put me through the process of learning their faith and ideology,” Gaubatz said. “They felt close to me and they gave me literature and CDs. They told me to study. The literature is very Jihad Qital.”
He said that the Islamic center has deep ties to Saudi Arabia and espouses Wahhabism, a virulent and puritanical version of Islam.
“Many members of the mosque provided me literature to study. Most of the literature they gave me was from Saudi Arabia,” he said. “Their literature preaches that America and the West are decadent and evil, and that Muslims have a moral duty to engage in violence against the infidels.”
Gaubatz says that Dar Al-Hijrah and other radical Islamic centers in the U.S. are funded by Saudi Arabia, which is the primary sponsor of the Wahhabist brand of Islam.
“The ultimate goal for those at Dar Al-Hijrah is to instill Sharia law in the U.S. and have America adhere to the Islamic faith,” he said. “They want America to be an Islamic state.”
Gaubatz said that the imams at the center encouraged him to read the works of their “friends”-some of whom have been convicted for terrorism-related activities. According to Gaubatz, one of those “friends” he was encouraged to read is Ali Al-Tamimi, a radical Islamist author, who was convicted of inciting terrorism in connection with the Virginia Jihad Network.
Al-Tamimi was born and raised in the U.S., and then as a teenager went to Saudi Arabia to study Islam. He lectured often at the Center for Islamic Information and Education in Falls Church, Virginia. He was a founding member of the center, which is also known as Dar al-Arqam.
The Virginia Jihad Network was a group of radical Islamists who were charged with engaging in terrorist plots. Nine members of the group were convicted of using and possessing various weapons, rocket-propelled grenades and explosives.
Al-Tamimi was later convicted of being the spiritual leader of the group and of having encouraged them to wage Jihad on the U.S.
Gaubatz maintains that he and his team of field workers at the Mapping Shari’a in America Project are not only focusing on major metropolitan areas. Although there is plenty of Islamist activity in cities such as Detroit, Dearborn, Michigan and Washington, he says radical Muslims are also establishing education and religious centers in small towns.
“They’re branching out and teaching the Jihadist ideology in small towns across America, especially in rural areas in places like Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina,” Gaubatz said.
He says that a terrorist atrocity on U.S. soil similar to what happened on 9/11 is inevitable unless Americans take decisive measures.
“If we let our guard down, another 9/11-maybe even something worse-is going to happen again,” he said. “We need to be proactive rather than reactive.”
Gaubatz says that his investigative team is composed of individuals of various faiths, whose goal is to protect the American homeland from Islamic extremism.
“We have a team consisting of Christians, Jews and Muslims-there are several Muslims, in fact, on our team-who go undercover and try to penetrate radical mosques in this country,” he said. “This is not about being anti-Muslim. It is about being anti-extremism, anti-Jihadism and anti-terrorism.
“Our mission is to get at the truth-to find out the truth about what’s really going on in our country."

Second, not all Muslims believe it advisable to establish Sharia in all places. Third, not all Muslims seek to displace secular regimes with fundamentalist Muslim ones. See, for instance, Turkey, an overwhelmingly Muslim country that saw massive demonstrations as a fundamentalist party appeared to be retreating from the secular system established by Ataturk.
But you insist on spreading an archetype of any group you happen to be picking on at the moment, as if the description you choose represents all members of that group, everywhere. This is foolish bigotry, and nothing more. And you keep doing it.
I do wish you'd stop pretending to be some kind of Progressive committed to civil liberties, because as you keep demonstrating, in tribe after tribe, you are nothing more than a xenophobic bigot interested only in your own liberties. -

These verses come from five different places in the Qur’an. There are dozens of others scattered throughout that advocate violence in open-ended fashion. There are hundreds more that speak of hatred and hell toward Christians, Jews, and other non-believers.
The language of civil rights and tolerance is merely a tool of convenience for prominent Muslim organizations in the West to advance the cause of Islamic supremacy. A true civil rights organization, however, is concerned about rights for all people, regardless of race or religion, and this is something that Islam has never been able to produce... and probably never will... At least according to our Qur’an!"
